When considering an event rental company for an upcoming event, customers often have several frequently asked questions that need to be addressed.

What is Soft Play?

Soft play refers to a recreational area designed primarily for young children, featuring safety and comfort as top priorities. These spaces typically include various padded structures, such as climbing walls, slides, and tunnels, all crafted from soft materials to ensure a safe environment for play. Brightly colored and engaging, soft play areas encourage physical activity and imaginative exploration, allowing children to develop motor skills and socialize with peers in a fun setting. Soft play zones provide a controlled atmosphere where parents can relax while children enjoy active and creative play.

What is a suitable age range for the bounce houses, balloon house, and soft play?

Most of the rentals cater to children aged two to eight years old. However, we do offer bounce houses that are suitable for adults. Please check the specific recommendations for each unit.

How many individuals can use your inflatables and soft play at one time?

The number of children and/or adults depend on the size and layout of the equipment.

What is your rental period?

Most rentals include a minimum duration of four hours. If you would like to rent the equipment for a period longer than four hours, you certainly have the option to do so.

What safety measures do you take for your equipment?

Our top concern is the safety of all participants. We are fully insured and certified in the area of inflatables. We meticulously set up all the equipment in strict accordance with our comprehensive safety guidelines and have a qualified attendant present at all times to ensure that kids are using the product safely and responsibly. It is important that the inflatables and soft play equipment are located on a completely flat surface, and the inflatables must have easy and convenient access to a reliable electricity source.

What do I need to set up the bounce and balloon house?

All bounce and balloon houses must be set up on flat and level surface such as asphalt, carpet, concrete, and grass. In addition, all inflatables must have access to an electricity source.

What if it rains or snows on the day of my event?

You are able to safely use our equipment outdoors, weather permitting and under suitable conditions. However, in the case of inclement weather, such as high winds or rain, the equipment will need to be moved indoors to ensure its protection and maintain safety for everyone involved.

How do I book your services?

When should I book your services?

When planning for special events, timing can make all the difference. It's advisable to book services well in advance, particularly for peak seasons, holidays, or popular dates. Securing services at least 3-6 months ahead can ensure availability and the best rates. However, we do accept reservations up to two weeks before your event. We also offer squeeze-in bookings for events that are booked the same week as your event.

Do you require deposit?

Yes, a deposit is required at the time of your reservation. This commitment not only secures your preferred dates and items but also allows us to allocate resources effectively. The deposit will be deducted from your total cost and is non-refundable. By confirming your reservation with a deposit, you help us maintain high standards and availability for all our valued clients. Thank you for your understanding and support!

Do you offer delivery services?

Yes, we deliver all our products. Delivery is available anywhere within the D.C., Maryland, and northern Virginia region. Our delivery fees depend on the location of the event.

Do you offer event styling?

No, however we have a list of preferred vendors.
